About Us

Suburban Newspapers of America is a non-profit trade association representing over 2,000 suburban and community newspapers in the United States and Canada. These newspapers are the dominant source of local news and advertising in the markets they serve. They contain strong local editorial content and are not shopper type products.

SNA serves as a resource to retailers, advertising agencies and national advertisers providing valuable information and research. SNA does not sell any advertising; the services are always free of charge (unless a major project requires a significant financial investment in which case only the direct cost would be billed back to the advertiser.)

Major advertisers have called on SNA for countless projects ranging from simple newspaper contact requests to elaborate ROP and community relations projects. We have gathered rates, specs and even developed creative on many occasions. Call on us if we can help in any way. Contact: Al Cupo, Vice President—Operations, (888) 486-2466.
